I am going to award it to the lovely Teri, aka Make Up By Dollymix. I remember I used to love her FOTD's on Specktra, and as soon as I realised she has a blog, I followed straight away. Her FOTD's are still as gorgeous as I remember and I love her honest reviews. She is training to be a makeup artist and she does gory special effects makeup that is interesting to see aswell.
