Ed, Wibur, Finn and Puck

This is the 50 year anniversary of the tv series Mister Ed! It premiered on January 5th 1961. Shout out to Alan Young!

My dad needed to return a big shirt that my grandma gave him. He needed an "official looking" shopping bag. He wanted a Penny's bag because he was returning it to that store.

What is up with the Glee merchandise? Almost all the note books they had had either a picture of Finn or Puck on them. Hudsman I was going to use their first names, but if Finn and Puck are put together they make a curse word. There are also generic ones that say "Glee" on them. I have a great idea for a note book cover design. A Rachel one with a picture of Rachel on it and gold stars since those are her thing.

When I went to Justice (formerly Limited Too) they were trying to sell me webkins. They told me they are the "new" neopets. I hate when people tell me something is the new something.

No luck on finding a Maneki Neko phone charm.

Started watching Prime Suspect. I was taking notes on it because the last time I watched it I took bad notes. I never know when that will come in handy. I don't know what happened to my old notes. My mom thought I was only good at talking notes on shows I like. According to the description it's only 4 parts. I don't know why, but when I watched it in school it felt like it was 5 or 6 parts. Taking notes on videos/DVDs/tv shows is one of the skills I'm good at since I've been a student for so long. (thank you 10th grade world history teacher)

I'm just Thinkin' about Possums

Correction: there are a few corrections to this blog. It was the '08 semester.

The possum is back! I thought heard strange noises a few days ago, but I didn't want to say anything. At first I thought it was cats fighting. I decided to try and turn around my schedule, so I will be up when the possum is up. The possum's thrashing and hissing won't bother me as much if I'm awake.

The ads KTLA is running for Antenna TV look very similar to the promos they had for their retro tv marathon in 2007. ThisTV is going to be bitstarved. I'm looking forward to watching blurry episodes of Mister Ed and Heathcliff (the ones I don't have on DVD) After watching all those episodes of Mister Ed I recognized Larry Keating in the Burns and Allen show. George Burns was involved in Mister Ed and even guest starred in an episode.

I can't believe my mom blabbed about me thinking about going to school. Me thinking about something is not me actually doing it. My dad can't distinguish the difference. It could be like the spring semesters '08 and '10 all over again! Doesn't matter anyway I can't do anything until next year.

Never is a Promise

So the 3rd person has died Paul Gray from Slipknot. I don't really know much about that band besides that they wear jumpsuits, have numbers and wear masks. The only song I know by them is "Wait and Bleed".

The spirit of impudence has overcome me again.

In class I didn't want to get the shit bored out of me. I didn't want to have to take reduced notes. I get so much material in there. That boring couple ended up sitting next to me well the guy. They are equally boring. I don't discriminate. I didn't want to get trapped into another boring conversation. I was just rocking out to some music before class. I haven't done that in awhile. I use to do it in Rock n Roll history, but that doesn't count since it was a music class. The last time I really rocked out in class was probably around 2003 or 2004. I was still a college noob back then.

After I thought about it I can't wait to read what other people wrote and contribute to the class book.

The boring couple is leaving. They were collecting email addresses. I gave me junk one. >;) >;P (as of posting I have not gotten a message from them) I just want to say for the record that I use a different address on facebook so they can't look me up with that address.

A lot of people are sad that they are leaving. Especially the older students. I wasn't I feel relived. No more boring conversations. Even in the bathroom. The lady would trap me into a boring conversation in the bathroom. I had to stop using the bathroom in that building to avoid them. Now I can pee freely. J/K LOL ;P

Teacher wants everybody to come back. I can't do that unless I immediately fall ass backwards into money or something. She wants us to promise that we will, but I can't afford to lie.

You know what I'm thinking about writing a blog entry about Glee.

Edit: I forgot to mention how my book report went, so nobody was into singing the theme song. I thought they would have been all over that. I ended up singing it by myself... -_-
Last week I was contemplating about buying a little plastic horse at the dollar store cause it looked like Mister Ed, and to use it for a visual aide. I think and hope it went well. It was a more causal setting than my sales presentation. I thought the most important part was that I liked the book.

All the wannabees, Hoping to be Published

Hello everybody! Yeah...uh sorry for the lack of blog yesterday. I was just feeling really depleted. Like my title? It's inspired by a song lyric. :P

For some reason I was really thinking about my hair. I was having a hard time trying to style it. First I made styled it in a high half up ponytail, but it couldn't stay up well. It was so lopsided. I was embarrassed to leave the house with my hair looking like that. As I was wearing my hair down I noticed it looked very 90s. (late 90s). Then I got the idea to wear my hair in a late 90s style by wearing some clips in my hair in the front. My hair was behaving, looked great, and very 90s. I was also dressed very 90s. I miss the 90s, but don't tell that to Rodney. Alright?

I had this funny thought before class. You can't keep a group of artists together in a room. :P

I'm not really working on writing blogs. I find myself writing reminder notes? Not sure why. Maybe it comes with old age.

Here is something funny. I keep writing about songs in class. I don't know why. Maybe I'm just too into music or something.

That hostile lady who acts like it is her class. I don't know what her deal is is she trying to look smart/impress the class by saying she is well read? To me she is just coming off as a controlling pompous bitch. She talked about her friend who was almost published. Almost published doesn't mean published. Is she trying to impress us or something? I'm not sure what she is trying to say by that. :/

We had this assignment in class where we collected some of our favorite opening lines. I nabbed some from Shirley's blogs. The assignment was not really structured, so I could reference them. Aside from the personality clashes in class the other problem is the lack of structure in the class. I mean with the assignments. There are really no set rules. I like structure most of the time. I'm weird like that; ok?

Speaking of blogs does anybody know where I can find this old blog John Cena wrote back when he had a myspace like 4 years ago. I have hard copies of some of them, but I'm missing his Easter blog where he talks about his dad and his Forman grill. That his dad would cook a shoe on it if he could.

Is there something wrong with me because I don't like to read? I don't know I think I could be doing something else with my time like watching tv. I'm an idiot aren't I? I just have a hard time with books that keep my interest that aren't manga. I really like pictures. For the record I usually don't mind magazines and sometimes newspapers (depends on section). Funny I mentioned I don't like to read a few blogs ago.

I received my Mister Ed book. I haven't read much; about 12 pages, but I'm enjoying the book. There are a lot of pictures of Mister Ed/Bamboo Harvester. Some of them are really funny/cute.

Mrs. Post is Dead

Connie Hines died. She played Carol Post in the tv series Mister Ed. No disrespect to Connie and her family, but I thought she was dead. I thought the only surviving member left was Alan Young who played Wilbur Post.
Speaking of Mister Ed and Alan Young while I was watching Mister Ed I was thinking about Shirley. Actually I was thinking about what a good American accent Young did when he played Wilbur. Like Shirley he is from Edinburgh. Later he went on to voice Scrooge McDuck in Mickey's Christmas Carol and Ducktales.
