Little Adventures Review

   
I loved playing dress up as a little child...I would pretend I was a princess, a bride, a beautiful maiden...the possibilities were endless. Unfortunately my dress up clothes consisted of all my mothers old dresses that either no longer fit her or were just super ugly. Oh well. I was so excited to learn about Little Adventures a company based in Pleasant Grove, Utah that carries some of the cutest dress up clothes imaginable!


A bit about Little Adventures
  Little Adventures was started 9 years ago when two Mom's discovered the lack of high quality, affordable dress ups available for their children. Jennifer Harrison (mother of 10) and Heather Granata (mother of 3) decided to start their own little adventure by sewing and selling dress ups at local craft fairs. It didn't take long to realize that sometimes a little adventure can become a life changing big adventure! During their first year in business Jenny and Heather sewed over 2,000 costumes in Jenny's basement. "The kids played and we laughed until we were deliriously tired." This was the start of wonderful memories and an adventure that will never be forgotten.

When Jennifer and Heather are asked about the growth and success of Little Adventures^® they reply, "We have created a successful business that allows us to be part of our children's daily little adventures, bring joy and imagination to children all over the world, and help financially support our families as well as those of our employees. To top it off, we get to dress up like princesses and experience the joy of being a part of our children's lives. What more could any Mom ask for?"

My Review

     I was sent a Long Black Adult cloak and a Deluxe Rapunzel dress from Little Adventures to review.

    I started working for a Ghost Tour company a while back and so I was very interested in reviewing the Long Black Adult Cloak from Little Adventures so I could possibly recommend it to the other tour guides as something they could use during the Fall months. I was very impressed with the quality of the Long Black adult cloak. The cloak is made of highly durable stretch velvet and features a hood and frog clasp closure. The best thing about this cloak is that it is super warm AND machine washable. 

The Deluxe Rapunzel Dress is absolutely gorgeous! A common complaint from my daughter is that her dress up clothes are itchy and uncomfortable. The Deluxe Rapunzel dress has NO itchy fabrics or trims to bother her at all. The dress comes in sizes small-xl and fits ages 1 year to 9 years old. It features a crushed velvet bodice that sparkles when the light hits it {a favorite among princess fans!}. The organza overskirt shimmers as well and feaures tiny bows along the skirt. My daughter loves this dress...she says that she feels just like a princess in a fairytale! It is so fun to see that she loves to pretend just as much as I did at that age! I am so grateful to Little Adventures for creating such gorgeous dress up costumes that are affordable, adorable, comfortable, and washable!
