A Bit about Moms Into Fitness
Lindsay Brin is Mom to two adorable children, a fitness expert for Fit Pregnancy and Mom & Baby magazines, an author, and creator of Moms Into Fitness-a line of Fitness DVDs designed specifically for moms. Lindsay majored in Exercise Science and decided on exercise programs specifically for moms because “I really just want moms to feel good about themselves, which is why I lead pregnancy research studies on postpartum depression and working the inner core so moms can find that flat tummy again!”
My Review
Moms Into Fitness were kind enough to send me some DVDs to review. I got to review the Pregnancy Package-a specific exercise DVD for each trimester and the Post-Natal Boot Camp. Each of the DVDs has beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts so you can choose which level you are on personally. The Pregnancy DVDs have Cardio and Toning and Prenatal Yoga workouts on each so you can pick and choose which workouts you would like to do on different days of the week. Moms Into Fitness recommend that Cardio & Toning workouts should be done every other day while prenatal yoga can be done everyday. I really love these workouts I love that each DVD is focused on a different trimester...because doing the same exercises in the first trimester and then in the third would be quite interesting. I love how relaxing the Pre-natal Yoga is...I seriously feel like I could curl up and go right to sleep when I am done! The Cardio and Toning workouts are great as well...they help me keep my energy level up throughout the day!
So if you are expecting or had your baby 5 days {or even 5 years ago} jump start your life with Moms Into Fitness...
and get FIT!
*All of Lindsay Brin’s prenatal workouts follow the recommendations of ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists).
