I recently did a putz house swap and I received the most wonderful and beautiful putz houses! I just love them! I did learn however that they are very time intensive to make, not to mention frustrating and yes, somewhat fun too--after you get the hard parts figured out. The one above, which I shared recently is the one I made--well 2 just like it and there was a lot of learning involved! I learned I would perfer to collect them, but not to make them. LOL!
Here's are the ones that I received in both their day and night views......
Here's are the ones that I received in both their day and night views......
This one was made by Zoe H and it is just beautiful with it's aqua glitter. It really shines and the trees are so pretty encrusted with snow and ornies and a cute little snowman to greet you at the front door. I want to live in this little house!
Another beauty made by Kim L of Kim's Prims & Whimsies So much detail! She even made that itty bitty mailbox! Complete with a wreath and door knob on the door, a decorated tree inside the door (I tried to get inside photos, but they just wouldn't turn out right) and snowman wallpaper! Just beautiful!
And this one wasn't in this swap, but I had to include it too. It was made by Linda Prutzman earlier in the year and it too is filled with amazing details and is just gorgeous as well! And as you can see it's a Post Office--cute idea!
And then there is this darling little nativity also made by Kim L. I love the roof and then the city scape of Bethlehem inside, which you can't see in the picture. I love it!
And now for the night time view when these little putzs really come to life and actually glow! I did cut a little hole in the back side of each of them, so I could place a little clear light from the light strand inside them and it makes each one glow so beautifully!
