Celebrate Life Nutrition Review and Giveaway!

Satisfy and Control hunger all while eating chocolate?
Yeah, Right!
No, really you can... and its called Celebrate Life Nutrition!

A Little Bit about Celebrate Life Nutrition
For the first time in history more people are dying worldwide from the effects of overeating than from malnutrition. People are eating too much, too much fat, calories, cholesterol, and trans fats. While we are overeating we are starving our bodies of vital nutrients. Did you know that the key symptom of metabolic disorders is excess weight? Much more than a cosmetic concern, excessive weight is indicative of a growing number of diseases that kill, usually very slowly and expensively.
While genetics certainly play a role, there is a common factor behind the Deadly Quartet of Diseases – heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), type 2 diabetes, and obesity (all of which usually begin as excess weight). Many types of cancer, gallstones, rheumatoid arthritis, kidney stones, asthma, sleep apnea, osteoporosis, colitis, stroke, and irritable bowel syndrome are all linked to the same eating habits and lack of exercise as these four killers. Change what you eat, change your exercise habits, and these pernicious maladies can be controlled, diminished, or prevented entirely.
This is the health mission of Celebrate Life Nutrition. Celebrate is not about "combating disease." It’s about celebrating vibrant life. The difference is deliberate.

Why Celebrate Life Nutrition?

{{Savor Slowly}}
I was sent a package of the Celebrate Truffle Creations {truffles in Raspberry, Cherry, and Almond}, Celebrate Truffle Classics{ {dark (73% cocoa)  light (62% cocoa) Chocolate with Cocoa Covered Almonds}, and a small bag of Celebrate Chocolate Covered Cocoa Almonds {see ingredients here} from Celebrate Life Nutrition to review. I ate a few pieces of the Cocoa Covered Almonds about 15 minutes before we had dinner to see if they could really help cut my cravings {and help me eat a bit less} and guess what? They did! Just by having a handful of the Celebrate Chocolate Covered Cocoa Almonds I ate about half of what I normally do. The truffles have the same effect when eaten before a meal. The truffles and the almonds taste delicious {my favorite of the truffles? The Raspberry!} and the Almonds have this crunchy coating beneath the Cocoa that is to die for! I even caught my husband with the bag of almonds and he had eaten almost half of the bag! {See, I told you they were yummy!}

So if you are looking for an easy and healthy way to curb cravings but satisfy your sweet tooth all at the same time Celebrate Life Nutrition is for you!

Now you can have your cake and eat it too!
