Canada's worst recession in years has ravaged housing prices, with home values declining nearly 13% in 2008, but that doesn't mean you can get a good deal on a mansion these days. In fact, Canada's luxury home market is alive and well with more than 30 properties worth at least $10 million on sale right now across the country according to MLS.ca. Canadian Business Online searched MLS to find some of the country's most expensive abodes — these range from $16.8 million to $25 million — to prove that if you've got the cash, there are still a few elegant homes for the having.
