I'm safer in work

The thing with having a week off work means there's lots more time to go shopping. And spend money. And buy pretty things that we don't really need. Still, it puts a smile on my face, until the last week of the month when I'm willing payday to hurry up! On Friday we went on another shopping expedition to Swansea. The good news is though, I didn't get lost! Not only am I more familiar with Swansea, my Sat Nav AKA Mr Lollipop was with me anyway! I didn't actually buy a lot, other than some Lush stuff, so onto the goodies:

I got:
  • Mrs Whippy bath ballistic x2 - smells like strawberry milkshake and wins the non-existant award for prettiest bath bomb ever made!
  • Fizzbanger bath ballistic - smells like toffee apples, so I'm looking forward to using this on a cold evening.
  • Happy Blooming bath melt - smells like cherries, just yummy, and I love the fact that it lasts for 3 baths. Although slightly more expensive than the other bath melts, the smell and triple usage makes it worth it.
  • The Comforter bubble bar - I buy one of these every single time I go into Lush. It's one of my favourite products ever and it smells of berries.
  • Creamy Candy bubble bar - Another favourite, smells sweet and strawberry-ish like Rockstar soap.
  • Pop In The Bath bubble bar - This one smells like The Olive Branch shower gel - citrussy and musky and actually quite nice.
I didn't intend on buying so many bath products, but one of my favourite luxuries is to indulge in a hot, bubbly bath and let my stress and worries wash over me. Which is exactly what I plan to do this week.

In the post I finally got my Naked palette. It got sent to the wrong depot which was a bit frustrating, but I am so pleased I have it now. It is the most gorgeous palette and I would gladly use it forever and ever. My MAC shadows have gone untouched since I've received it last Wednesday, and Urban Decay would earn a small fortune from me if they released this palette or the shades permanently. I particularly love the first 5 colours, but they're all equally pretty. I love that there's a good mixture of matte and shimmery, light and dark, and there's even 2 good grey/slate colours which you don't often get in a neutral palette. And there's a pretty highlighter! Plus you get a lovely rich brown eyeliner, and a classic black, aswell as a trial size of Primer Potion. I just love, love, love it and am so pleased I invested in it. £27.00 is a bargainous price anyway.

Oh, and I wanted to show you Buzz Lightyear. Toy Story 3 is quite possibly my favourite film from 2010, and we went to see it again during the week. I think it's hilarious! Mr L bought me this in Legoland. It's  cute little Lego Buzz and I hang him on my handbag with pride! I don't trust him on my bunch of key incase he breaks, but isn't he adorable? I love him!

Well I'm back in work tomorrow, so hopefully that's the end of my spending for a while! What have you been buying recently?

xoxo
