Review: ThinkGeek.com

My daughter LOVES anything fun, new, and exciting-so when we got the opportunity to review ThinkGeek.com's Ant Farm Revolution and Three Packs of Astronaut Ice Cream she was elated!

Ant Farm and Astronaut ice cream (three packs-chocolate with chocolate chips, mint chocolate chip, and choc, van, and strawberry)

My Review
I was sent a Ant Farm Revolution and Three Packs of Astronaut Ice Cream to review from ThinkGeek.com.

Ant Farm Revolution is an ant habitat and art piece all in one! My daughter is at the age where she loves to explore nature. While watching PeeWee Herman one day she noticed the ant farm and told me that she would LOVE to have one! I had an ant farm as a young child and remember with the fondness the fun I had watching the little ants move their food, dig, etc. Ant Farm Revolution comes with everything you need to start your ant farm (except for the ants and 3 AAA batteries). All you do is add ants to the farm and watch them sculpt the nutrient rich translucent gel habitat into basically a 360 degree work of art. Oh, and that's not all-turn on the LED light and watch the ants as they are projected onto the ceiling-cool and super creepy at the same time! Ant Farm Revolution is a perfect holiday gift for that  weird uncle (we all have 'em) or your critter lovin' kid.

Oh, Astronaut Ice Cream...the memories...the memories! Ask any child and they will tell you how much they LOVE Astronaut Ice Cream (yeah, you know that overpriced Ice Cream that you BEGGED your parents to buy you on museum trips!). Well now you can buy your hearts desire worth of Astronaut Ice Cream and not pay those outrageous museum shop prices! Oh, and what other ice cream could you leave unopened for three years and still eat? First made for the Apollo missions, freeze dried ice cream is yummy and super fun to eat-it dissolves right in your mouth! ThinkGeek.com sent me three flavors of Astronaut Ice Cream to review; Neapolitan, Mint Chocolate Chip, and my favorite out of the three- Chocolate Chocolate Chip. Each flavor is different and unique and its own way. While I really love mint chocolate chip ice cream...the astronaut mint chocolate chip was a bit lacking of flavor for me, the neapolitan was super yummy-the chocolate and strawberry are the stars out of this trio, and the Chocolate Chocolate chip left me wanting more. Have a Star Wars, Star Trek, or any other geek in your family? They will be sure to LOVE Astronaut Ice Cream-I do (and I'm not even a geek-well I guess that depends on who your asking!).

I was sent these products from ThinkGeek.com free of charge.
This in no way has affected my opinion of the product or service. This review is my opinion and has been written in my own words.
