My Review I was able to review the 3/8 Double Cell Blackout cellular shades in Cypress from Blinds.com. The Blackout shades not only darken the room, but because there are two honeycomb air pockets, they are incredibly effective at keeping your home insulated as well! Two for two! When I received the shades I was a bit nervous since my husband and I have never installed our own shades before...my nerves were soon gone once we saw how easy it really was to install the shades using the directions blinds.com gave us!
