Yo Gabba Gabba: Circus Review

Since premiering in 2007, Yo Gabba Gabba! has taken the world by storm. Yo Gabba Gabba! was developed by two Southern California fathers with no previous experience writing for television. Both were mutually disappointed in kids’ television so they began designing a show that was both educational and entertaining while featuring real artists and performers. I will be honest and say that at first I was a little weirded out by Yo Gabba Gabba! but I soon became hooked on the bright and colorful characters, fun stories, and great music in each episode.

On June 14th Nickelodeon is releasing Yo Gabba Gabba: Circus on DVD. The DVD includes four episodes {including an unaired episode!}. The episodes feature special guests Fred Armisen, Weird Al Yankovic, and Sarah Silverman.

Yo Gabba Gabba: Circus Episode Synopses:
Circus
Muno, Foofa, Brobee, Toodee and Plex help Al the Ringmaster (Weird Al Yankovic) make a circus in Gabba Land!  Brobee learns to be a clown and everyone gets to perform.  The episode also features Sarah Silverman.
Treasure Hunt
Two special guests (Fred Armisen and Charlyne Yi) travel to Gabbaland to search for hidden treasure.  As everyone joins in the search, they all do a special dance in the secret ice cave.
Flying
Brobee and friends go on a hot air balloon ride and meet new friend Sparkles.
Fun
All the Gabba characters learn different ways to have fun, learn to eat healthy portions and how to use their bodies to dance and make music.

My Review
I was super lucky and got to review a copy of Yo Gabba Gabba: Circus-well actually my four year old daughter and I got to review it. My daughter absolutely LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba: Circus and it was a joy to watch it with her. My daughter giggled throughout all four episodes, danced, and sang along. She and I liked the Treasure Hunt episode the best...it was fun to search for treasure and sing and dance along the way. It was a great way to spend some time with my daughter! I really love Yo Gabba Gabba: Circus because my daughter is learning as she watches. It is so nice to be able to sit down with my little girl and enjoy a show together-it is educational and fun for all ages and highly recommended!

The company did send me a product or service for review. This in no way has affected my opinion of the product or service. This review is my opinion and has been written in my own words
