Nicknamed “The Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata,” the world’s most “egg-spensive” omelette is the objet d’art of chef Emilio Castillo of Norma’s restaurant in New York’s Le Parker Meridien Hotel. A smaller version is also available for $100.
