O Romeo, Romeo Gnomeo, wherefore art thou Romeo Gnomeo?

Hands down my favorite Disney movie EVER!
Cute Little Garden Gnomes + Shakespeare= WIN!
Gnomeo and Juliet is the "greatest love story ever told" starring garden gnomes! It is Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet told like it has never been told before.
The movie is set in side by side backyards in suburban London. Blue clothed garden gnomes make up the Montague lawn; while red clothed gnomes make up the Capulet yard. The Montague's Gnomeo {voiced by the VERY talented James McAvoy} is out to beat Tybalt {voiced by Jason Statham} at lawn mower races.
Soon after Gnomeo sees Juliet {voiced by Emily Blunt}, a Capulet, who is sick of being confined to her backyard by her father {voiced by Michael Caine}. What is Shakespeare without a tragedy? The duel between Gnomeo and Tybalt results in Tybalt shattering into little pieces {see there is humor in it too!}. Because of the death of Tybalt Gnomeo is now hunted down by the gnomes clad in Red seeking revenge.
Even though Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy doesn't mean Gnomeo and Juliet ends that way...you will just have to see it for yourself!
Gnomeo and Juliet is rounded out by a great soundtrack made up of 1970's hits by Elton John {including two new songs written specifically for the film}.
Gnomeo and Juliet is witty, sweet, and adorable. My four year old laughed out loud at the cute gnomes and their crazy antics. As a parent I wish more movies were made as well as Gnomeo and Juliet was. It was just as entertaining for me as it was for my daughter. As you can tell it comes Highly recommended!
