There are so many revolutionary products coming out for babies and toddlers nowadays it is hard to know which to purchase. The Sassy Grow Up Cup is one of those products that should go on your shopping list next time you are out. Read below to learn my thoughts on the brand new Sassy Grow Up Cup!
A bit about Sassy
The birth of Sassy, Inc. took place in 1982 with the purchase of the Sassy Seat Company of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Sassy initially had headquarters in Northbrook, IL and a manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, MI.
During the 1980’s, Sassy expanded through acquisitions that enhanced the image and sales of the company as a viable force in the juvenile products industry. The product line expanded to include an infant bouncer seat, feeding and nursing items.
In 1996, Sassy launched a line of unique toys created in partnership with developmental experts. Sassy’s unique approach focused on stimulating four specific developmental areas during baby’s first year of life. This approach, along with insightful designs, bright colors, and superior quality stood out in the infant toy category and the toys became a fast favorite with parents and babies.
In 2002, Sassy was purchased by Russ Berrie and Company, Inc. and now operates independently as part of a family of companies called Kid Brands, Inc.
Sassy has also chosen to partner with K.I.D.S. in following the Kid Brands, Inc. example.
My Review
The Sassy Grow Up Cup was sent to me to review. The Sassy Grow Up Cup features a 360° design that lets baby or toddler sip from anywhere around the rim easily without any mess. The Sassy Grow Up Cup is 100% BPA Free and available in 7 oz, 9 oz and 12 oz sizes {as well as many different color choices to choose from}. The 7 oz Grow Up Cup is sold with handles that can be removed and used with other cup sizes. My 8 month old absolutely loves the Sassy Grow Up Cup...I was a bit nervous that he wouldn't understand how to use it but he instantly caught on and started drinking from the cup. He is still a bit young to hold onto the cup by himself but I know that in a month or so he will be able to hold onto the handles all by himself. What is so nice about the Sassy Grow Up Cup is that it only gives out an amount of liquid that your little one can take in. No leaks, no mess! The Sassy Grow Up Cup is definitely a product that you should check out.
