christmas stress busting tips
something many people don't realise but do suffer it is stress at christmas time, and christmas 2011 will be no dfferent, this is just like regular stress, but it can creep up on you without realising it, stress actually is rife at christmas time.
so before getting too stressed sit back and slow down and put everything in perspective, then get back on with your christmas tasks with renewed vigour.
also just looking at the picture above can even lift stress, that way you realise the power of meditation, the aim is to feel the tension releasing from your body, the tension that you might not notice, but when you feel the tension go, then, you realise, oh, i am a bit tense!.
