Aqueduck Review

As a Mother I believe it is very important to teach your children good hygiene. Problem is most children can't reach the sink themselves to wash their hands. A few months ago my husband and I purchased a step stool so our daughter could reach the sink to brush her teeth and wash her hands. My daughter is very petite and had to stand on her tippy toes to reach the handles and the faucet so I still had to help her out. She wanted SO badly to be a big girl and wash her hands all by herself and I didn't know what to do...she was discouraged and so was I. While I was browsing the web one day I came across a product called the Aqueduck™. The Aqueduck™ immediately peaked my interest! The Aqueduck™ is a faucet extender that extends the water flow closer to the child...so washing hands and brushing teeth can be done...all by themselves! Read on to learn more...

A Bit about Aqueduck™
Susanna Lee a Mom of three boys knows how dirty kids can get. Susanna was constantly picking up her boys to wash their hands at public sinks while out and at home. Her back hurt and she was tired of having to pick them up over and over again! There had to be an easier way! Susanna wondered if anything existed to extend the water flow from the faucet so that it could reach her kids' hands. Her search proved fruitless and therefore she started to think of how she could solve this task herself. Her husband pointed out that creating something that fit a large variety of faucets would be a real challenge. He was right, and Susanna didn’t have much to work with (her first prototypes used Starbucks’ cups), but she was determined to find a solution. After months of trial and error (which Susannas' parents called “stubbornness”), she finally created something that satisfied her. Susanna named her invention “The Aqueduck” and started putting it to use immediately with her family and friends. She was amazed at the excellent reception her creation received and she knew that it was something she would have to share with families everywhere.

My Review
I was sent the Aqueduck to review from Peachy Co. I was so excited to get to review this amazing genius product! The Aqueduck™ easily slips over most faucets to re-route the water closer to my daughter. When I received the Aqueduck™ my daughter was SO excited to try it out. We followed the directions and it took only seconds to get the Aqueduck over the faucet...my daughter climed up onto her step stool and she could reach the water all by herself! She still has to stand on her tip toes to reach turn the water on herself but she is so excited that I don't have to help her at all! I love the Aqueduck™ {I actually would like to purchase another to take with me on public outings!} and I am so grateful for the joy it has brought my daughter knowing that she can be proud of washing her hands all by herself!

The Aqueduck™ is made using no BPA or PVC and contains no phthalates.

The Aqueduck can be purchased online for $12.99
