The heat is sweltering! I feel depleted.
My outfit and shoes arrived for Stella. The outfit I bought was incomplete, but I knew that when I bought it. I saved a lot of money the carded versions sell for about double. All I really wanted was the skirt, top, and shoes. I think the green stole doesn't really go with it. There is a picture of the carded outfit here. I'm going to make my own stole and purse.
I think the shoes are Musa's shoes. They go really well with this Bratz dress I already own.

Things I learned through March 2011
Another month over and done with - seriously, where did it go? It seems to have gone past in a blur of birthdays!
Thank you to everyone who bought from my blogsale this week. There are still some things left if you fancy taking a peek :) If you have paid, your items were posted today and should be with you really soon!
Anyway, on my lessons:
1. Peachy-Orangey-Coral clothes make me look drained unless I have a tan.
2. You never know what goes on behind closed doors.
3. You should never judge people by who they are connected to.
4. I fancied a boy at school whose Dad won £5million on the lottery recently.
5. I should have persued said boy more.
6. I shouldn't joke about persuing rich boys as...
7. Mr L gets jealous.
8. Michael Sheen was at my next door neighbours house the day before my birthday. If only I had been at home I could've befriended him, which in turn would have easily made me BFF's with Rachel McAdams. Two months in a row I have been <---this---> close!
9. These cupcakes are delicious. The lady is was doing them for my sister-in-laws wedding. Not quite as tasty as Hummingbird Bakery cupcakes, but a great Welsh alternative to my London favourites! They're not worth smashing up the shop for though.
10. I am two dress sizes smaller than I was before Christmas! Yippeeeeeeee!!
11. I generally don't *do* dresses but maxi dresses actually quite suit me.
12. Brown sauce is an absolute must with any egg at breakfast - scrambled, poached, fried and boiled. Mmmm.
13. I can't handle my drink, because...
14. ...Vodka is the devil's drink.
15. How to take a screenshot of my iPhone.
16. My phone number can be found at the top of my contacts list on my phone. D'oh! I've been going about it the long winded way through the settings and everything.
17. I seem to be the only person at work who knows how to remove the toilet roll cover and change the bloody thing when it's empty!
18. Mr Lollipop is incredibly broody. Eeep!
19. Glee isn't as bad as I originally thought. Not the best programme on TV, but watchable nonetheless. The girl who plays Rachel is annoying as hell though, with her silly squeaky voice. Tsk.
20. My brother's girlfriend's new car cost... wait for it... £22,000. Is she for real?! It is nice though.
21. Barry M's Dusky Mauve is a gorgeous nail polish. My new favourite - and yes, I'm late on the bandwagon!
22. You can't get married in the Maldives, you can only renew your vows.
23. There are not enough hours in the day!
24. Chris Moyles and Comedy Dave are absolute legends!
25. Blogsales are bloody hard work!
26. I want a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes like LoveAudrey's wedding shoes. Swoon!
27. I am indecisive when it comes to my hair.
28. Actually... I quite enjoy Glee.
29. How to work Paypal. Some shape.
30. I have very little patience when it comes to small, noisy children.
31. Your clitoris has legs. We seem to discuss sex and body parts a lot in work...
What did you learn?
xoxo
O.N.E. Coconut Water Review
Coconut Water...in a pouch?
Really?
10 Reasons to drink O.N.E. Coconut Water
1. Perfect Hydration: Water from the young green coconut is nature’s perfect hydrating beverage. At every age and stage of our lives, there are times when we become dehydrated, due to illness, medication, exercise, heat, pregnancy, aging, alcohol – they all cause us to lose the essential electrolytes found in our bloodstream. We need to replace them regularly to prevent headaches; muscle cramping; fatigue; and to help our heart, nerves and muscles to function optimally. O.N.E. Coconut Water contains all five electrolytes found in the blood, including calcium, sodium, phosphorous, magnesium and potassium.
2. It’s 100 % PURE: O.N.E. Coconut Water has just one ingredient – nothing added.
It is fat- and cholesterol-free and contains no wheat, gluten, soy, corn or other food allergens. Packaged straight from the coconut into airtight, aseptic, Tetra Pak cartons, it stays fresh and protected from the destabilizing effects of light and oxygen for 10 months.
3. Optimum Body Functioning: Unlike tropical juices and many brands of bottled water, coconut water is alkaline, which soothes and balances our systems. By improving the absorption of all nutrients, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, the body can digest with greater efficiency, thus reducing constipation, relieving stress on the pancreas and enzyme systems, regulating sodium and supporting kidney function.
4. Super Support During Pregnancy and Lactation: Pregnancy isn’t easy on a woman’s body. Poor hydration can cause morning sickness, heartburn, weight gain, constipation, stretch marks and fluid retention. The Institute of Medicine recommends 10 cups of fluid per day for pregnant women and 13 cups for nursing mothers. Coconut water is an ideal choice, improving circulation, digestion and pH balance.
5. Essential When Kids Are Sick: When infants and children vomit or have diarrhea from intestinal flu or other stomach ailments, they lose precious essential electrolytes, which must be replaced rapidly to prevent dehydration. Many pediatric drinks contain artificial colors and flavors and are high in sugar. O.N.E. Coconut Water has a refreshing natural taste that fussy, sick kids will be happy to drink.
6. Revitalizes Seniors: Dehydration in the aged is a growing concern. A lack of adequate fluid intake impacts circulation and blood pressure, and the loss of minerals and carbohydrates exacerbate a host of other issues, including glaucoma. Medicines, less mobility and a reduced awareness of being thirsty are a few of the reasons many older people are dehydrated.
7. The Definitive Sports Drink: O.N.E. Coconut Water naturally replaces electrolytes and glucose lost during exercise, especially potassium, which positively affects circulation, body temperature, heart function and blood pressure – issues related to extreme levels of exercise. O.N.E. Coconut Water contains 15 times the potassium of most sports drinks and twice as much as a banana.
8. An Indispensable Travel Companion: It’s easy to get dehydrated when traveling, especially by plane. O.N.E. Coconut Water is a great beverage to drink just before boarding a plane.
9. A Natural Beauty Boost: Ever wonder why island women are so beautiful? Could be the coconut water they drink. It keeps skin soft, supple and smooth by hydrating naturally at the cellular level.
10. A Hangover Helper: O.N.E. Coconut Water quickly replenishes electrolytes and increases hydration, a lifesaver when suffering from the ill effects of consuming too much alcohol.
My Review
I was sent some O.N.E. Coconut Water to review. I was quite interested in what Coconut Water would taste like and I was quite impressed at how refreshing and tasty it was. Just to let you know if you want a sugary sweet beverage O.N.E. Coconut Water is not it. O.N.E. Coconut Water is a bit tangy and sour making it unique from any other beverage on the market today. My husband and I are going to definitely try to drink Coconut Water more often, especially after we exercise...its health benefits are wonderful and I have definitely seen the difference in the elasticity of my skin. I highly recommend trying O.N.E. Coconut Water...you can not only taste the difference but you can see it too!
The company did send me a product or service for review. This in no way has affected my opinion of the product or service. This review is my opinion and has been written in my own words
