If I could create my perfect brownie it would be; All natural, free of trans fats, hydrogenated oils, preservatives and artificial colors. I would like fresh fudgy brownies that are made with fine cake flour and rich, Callebaut Belgian chocolate and blended with farm-fresh eggs and pure creamery butter to create the perfect taste of enchantment. Well Fairytale Brownies has created my perfect brownie and I was given the super difficult task of reviewing a dozen of them!
A bit about Fairytale Brownies
Eileen Spitalny and David Kravetz have been friends since they met on the kindergarten playground at Madison Heights Elementary School in Phoenix, AZ. Friends throughout grade school and high school, David and Eileen decided at an early age that they wanted to be entrepreneurs and spread their love of chocolate and brownies around the world.
Founded in 1992, Fairytale Brownies began in a friend's catering kitchen using David's Mom's 50-year-old secret family brownie recipe. Those days are gone as the duo now oversees their direct-mail gourmet brownie business in a facility where they bake over 2.5 million brownies annually. In October 2006, the pair moved their bakery to a new 26,000-square-foot facility needed to accommodate their extraordinary growth.

My Review
I was able to review the "Fall Dozen" brownie box from Fairytale Brownies. When I received the package I immediately thought of autumn, crisp leaves, and what a great gift this would make for my family and friends scattered across the United States. The Fall Dozen includes; 12 Fairytale Brownies, 1 each: Original, Caramel, Chocolate Chip, Cream Cheese, Espresso Nib, Mint Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Pecan, Raspberry Swirl, Toffee Crunch, Walnut and White Chocolate. Each of the brownies came individually packaged and labeled for easy identification. Each of the brownies were pure perfection but I would have to say my favorite was the Mint Chocolate brownie! All of the brownies were fudgy, rich, and flavorful and made me wanting more long after I was finished eating them...gosh darn it Fairytale Brownies...you have be hooked! Fairytale Brownies can come packaged in basically any type of packaging you would like...from Holidays to seasons to corporate businesses and events. I highly recommend Fairytale Brownies to anyone looking to treat others {or yourself} to a perfect brownie full of wonder and enchantment...believe me...after you take one bite you will be wondering "How on earth do they make these taste SO good?!"
