A few months ago my family and I had a lovely photo shoot done by a dear friend (who is in fact a professional photographer). The lighting was perfect, we all had our smiles on, eyes were wide open, clothes perfect, hair perfect...and then...duh dum dahhhh! ATTACK of the Mosquitos...and when I say ATTACK I mean ATTACK. We were slapping each other, itching, it was pretty darn awful...but guess what? Through all of our moaning, complaining, itching, scratching, and slapping....somehow, we got this...
In fact we love the photo so much it is going on our annual Christmas Cards/Holiday Cards!
Shutterfly understands that one of the biggest problems in creating a holiday card is not having the perfect photo to use. For families that do use cards for spreading Holiday cheer, they are often not happy with the picture they use-but it is the best option. Shutterfly is out to help by planning "Family Photo Days" throughout November. Shutterfly's objective is to generally drive inspiration around taking and creating a family photo (early enough so it can make it onto your Holiday card!).
