I purchased two ties from Trendy Tikes for my son for Easter. I can't stop raving about them! Not only are they adorable but they are also made extremely well.
I was able to ask Rachel {Owner/Mother/Crafty Lady Extrordinare} some questions about how she got started with Trendy Tikes...and other exciting tidbits on her life...
What or Who inspired you to start Trendy Tikes?
...My son. When he was a baby, I had friends with baby girls...I was so jealous of all their bows and flowers. I couldn't find any original boy items, so I decided to try something new!
What do you like the most about having your own business?
...The time flexibility. My family is my world, so I am so grateful to be able to make a living from home!

...I call in the reserves when I have large orders, but most of the time...it's just me!

...umm...I would say the Pursuit of Happiness with Will Smith. His perseverance and love of his family really inspires me.

Favorite store to shop at?
...this is weird, but I love fabric shops. My favorite place to shop is a place called Home Fabrics in Orem, UT...It's like a candy store to me!
